HairBuddy (“the app”) is built to be privacy-first. This policy explains what data the app handles and how.
Photos & analysis
Photos you take with the guided camera are used to analyze your hairline, scalp and hair density. Photos are processed to generate your analysis and progress history and are not sold or shared with third parties for advertising.
What we collect
- Hair photos and the analysis results derived from them
- Answers you provide about your hair, habits and goals
- Basic app diagnostics (crashes, performance) to keep the app working well
- Purchase state (managed by Apple; we never see your payment details)
What we don't do
- We don’t sell your data
- We don’t share your photos with advertisers
- We don’t use your photos to identify you
Subscriptions
Premium subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID and can be managed or cancelled anytime in your device Settings.
Data deletion
You can delete your photos and analysis history from within the app at any time. Deleting the app removes locally stored data. For deletion requests or questions, contact us at the address below.
